Beyond Blame

To blame others for our own problems is the height of futility. Yet blaming others is a favorite human pastime. Why? because blaming is much easier than fixing, and criticizing others is much easier than improving ourselves. So instead of solving our problems legitimately (by doing the work required to solve them), we too often fret, blame, and criticize while doing precious little else. When we do, though, our problems-quite predictably-remain unsolved.
Have you acquired the bad habit of blaming others for problems you could or should solve yourself? If so, stop wasting your time. Instead of looking for someone to blame, look for something to fix, and then get busy fixing it. And as you considere your own situation, we need to remember this: God has a way of helping those who help themselves, but he doesn't spend much time helping those who don't.

Heavenly Father, bless our life together that by our fidelity and love for each other we may be witnesses of christ, your son. Bless our children as we pray for the grace to be loving parents to them. You willed us to be united that we may know how to manage material blessings, so that when we help those in need , they will see only your providence. In times of need, teach us to be humble so that we may know to admit and share even this that humiliates us. Keep us enlightened, so that we may see others - our relatives, our friends and all those that you send us, not as loads that can burden us but as souls that need to be nourished. Make us aware that our souls too can be nourished if we remain faithful in your love. Remind us to care for our body, the temple of the Holy Spirit, so that we may also learn to care for all your creation. Teach us to be simple and modest, so that our home and our family may reflect the trinitarian life in the Little House of Nazareth. Give us wisdom so that we may remain strong when we are called to defend what is right and what is good according to your will. Shower us with your love so that we may be channel that will bring this love to all. In moments of temptation, let us see Joseph, humble and faithful, knowing only to serve you. Every chapter of life has its opportunities and its challenges, and if we're wise, we continue to seek God's guidance as each new stage unfolds. When we do so, we allow the Creator who made us to keep remaking us. and that's good. If we cease to grow, either emotionally or spiritually, we do ourselves and our loved ones a profound disservice. But if we focus our thoughts and attune our hearts to the will of God, we'll make each new day another stage in the spiritual journey... and our Guid will be walking right beside us.

We're prone to want God to cxhange our circumstances, but He wants to to change our character, We think that peace comes from the outside in, but it comes from the inside out.

It's been a while since i did update this blog of mine. Subrang busy ako sa lahat. Kanina nasa Labor ako morning and afternoon, subrang dissapointed ako kaninang umaga lalo na ka ninang hapon matapos kung mapatunayan na talagang pinahihirapan ako sa pagkuha ng Health Certificate ng mga empleyado namin. Noong pumunta ako kaninang umaga lalake ang nandoon at binigyan ako ng papers para papermahan kay Bill ang papel, samantalang authorized akung maglakad ng mga papers ng mga empleyedo namin, ganoon pa man umuwe ako para mananghalian din bumalik ako ulit before 1:00 O'clock ng hapon sa Labor kasi my hearing ang isa naming empleyedo, masama ang loob ko kasi nagbigay sila ng number just write on your own or it's up to you to remember your number, ang nakakainis may numbers na ibinigay pero harap-harapan nilang ipinamumukha sa amin na nandoon na priority pa rin ang mga tagarito kahit na hinde dapat pa na sila ang pumasok at humarap sa hearing, wala na kaming magagawa kasi mahirap naman na pasukin at palabasin pa sila! malinaw nga lang na bastusan ang nangyayari. Ngayon after the hearing I went to get and try again for the health certificates of our employees, well, guess what? It was so easy because the lady who's doing her job well at the PHC office she did give me the two health certificates for no questions just ask me the entry permits for our employee (For that lady I thank her and may God bless her always. I don't understand why there's people who want to use thier position just to show that they are in power and they can do whatever they want to do. If only they know how much time the're wasting for us. Hope and pray for those people who have done wrong things to me today that may God forgive them and may God touch their hearts to see that they are wrong for what they have done.

SELFISHNESS

Another obstacle to the pursuit of our goals is the fact that we can be selfish, especially with our personal space and our freedom. If we're going to be committed to never giving up, we're going to have to sacrifice our selfish wants at times. Persistence and determination are hard on the self. After all, if I'm committed to something, then what happens when the time comes and I don't feel like doing it? We often think freedom is being able to do whatever we want to, Whenever we want to do it. But the truth is, if we ever could live that way, it would just drive us to be more selfish and self-centered.

If we aren't determined to never give up, it's easy for the devil to talk us out of doing whatever we should be doing by appealing to our selfish desires. Persistence requires us to discipline our feelings and do what is right, no matter how we feel about it.

We need to surrender our freedom and our personal space once in a while and learn to say no to ourselves. We cannot trust our flesh; it won't get us where we need to be when we need to be there. It will want to stop when we need to keep pressing on. It will temp us with our personal space and freedom-at the expense of our personal growth. It says that feeling good right now is more valuable than living a disciplined. Committed lifestyle. that will result in the achievement of our goals and the fulfillment of our goals and the fulfilment of our destinies.

Not only God want you to succeed, he created you to succeed. And he does not want you to settle for anything less. Don't allow failures or mistake to cause you to give up; let them teach you what to avoid the next time around. As you move toward success, wait on the lord and let him renew your strength. Success will not come easily, but it will, if you persevere.

A year ago we just have lost our beloved mother and now we have loss our beloved nephew Rommel (my sister charing son), which is really very painful for me, he was the most closes nephew I ever had. I can't forget how really nice and kind my nephew is to me and to my parents and to my two daughters as well. I know that he want us to be together as a family now. No matter what happened in life we know that we all in one. Through the years my eldest sister Charing and myself are both working abroad, that's why we hardly see each other, but this time we finally get sometimes together with our brother and other sister Delia. We went to the church in Manaoag, have break past in BULALOHAN, and we also went to SM in ROSALES Pangasinan. I noticed that they really enjoyed what I have done for them during the time that I was with them, we're all so happy then! We miss our brother Rey which he left here in Saipan. I will make sure that one day we will take our vacation at the same time and we will gave time to our father. Our father was really jealous when he found out that we went to Manaoag and SM Rosales. I don't know what to do or to say when he found out about it, but I said sorry to my dad. I really think I owe my father big one which is hard for me because I don't have anymore time to bring him anywhere, because the next day it was the day to go manila for our flight. My sister charing and I left our house at the same time on Friday afternoon Thank God for bringing me back safe, as well as my sister charing arrived in Israel safe.

I left Saipan this morning and right now I'm at Narita Japan. while waiting for my flight going to Manila, I'm staying inside the DELTA sky club here at Narita Airport. Glad to have this access of Internet at least I can do some of my work. I was really busy for the whole weekend for our group activities but because of the weather we had to canceled our two cleanups, even though we already at the place where we suppose to do the cleanup, HEAVY RAIN came! we waited for a while and let the RAIN to stop but it didn't for an hours. I always try and gave my very best to do my volunteer work for so many years now, I also been the President for 4 years, I really been thinking of stepping down for I know that some active member should be stepping in because I also believe that some other member should have a chance to be the President. I have ask to the members about my plan but they don't want my idea. Anyway, I told them, sooner or later we all have to go back to our own LAND, and I am very thankful that we have come to Saipan and shared our goal in life like community services during our days off. It's always great when you know how much you work hard for something and people realize that you are valuable person. It's always a blessing when you find the true friendship.

I offer prayers for those who have left for foreign lands, especially those who are now in CNMI to find work in order to improve the condition of their family. This lot is located at Brgy. San Carlos Paniqui Tarlac, Philippines. The Size of the lot is 20 thousand square meters (2 Hiktars). Malaking property at isa pa maraming puweding gawin, naiisip ko nga puwede kung idevelop ang lugar namin para naman makatulung ako sa mga kabataan na nasa amin. Isa sa mga pangarap ko ang maipagpatuloy ko ang pagtulong sa School nang Elementarya sa aming lugar which is taon taon ay aking sinisikap na matulungan sa abot nang aking makakaya. Kailangan nang malaking grocery store sa aming lugar kaya naisip ko ring magpatayo, sana pagpalain pa ako nang Panginoong Jesus para marami pa akung matulungan. Maganda ang lugar namin may surkat malapit na daan papunta sa Tarlac City in 30 minutes makakarating na sa Tarlac, kahit saan gustong pumunta somewhere norte malapit lang 45 minutes drive to Manaog and if going to Baguio City just two and half hours drive. Kaya naman minabuti kung magpatayo nang aking bahay sa lugar na aking kinagisnan, malayo sa pol-yusion, tahimik na lugar, malayu sa panganib at higit sa lahat malinis na kapaligiran.

Napakasarap talaga nang pakiramdam pag nakakatulung ka sa kapwa. Hinde mahalaga kung pasasalamatan o rerespituhin ka nang mga taong natulungan mo, basta ang mahalaga nagawa mo kung ano ang misyon mo sa buhay na ibinigay ni God saiyo. Kahit gaano pa kalaki ang pagkakasala saiyo nang isang tao matutu kang magpatawad at pakinggan kung ano ang sinasabe nang Diyos sa puso mo, Tao lang tayo wala tayong karapatan para maningil at magparusa sa mga taong nagkasala sa atin. Sana huwag natin kalilimutan na ang buhay natin ay hiram lang ito sa ating mahal na panginoon at huwag hayaan na sarile natin mismo ang sumira sa ating buhay. Iisa lamang ang nais nang ating Panginoong Diyos, iyon ay magmahalan at magpatawaran. Sana huwag natin pairalin ang masama na pumasok sa ating mga puso, maging mapagbantay at maging maingat sa bawat kataga na binibigkas nang ating bibig sa mga kapwa. Ang isang pagkakamali ay hinde ito kailanman puweding sabihing sorry nabigla ako, Gaano ka man katutuo sa paghingi nang sorry iyon ay nakatatak na sa isip at puso nang tao kaya sana mag-ingat tayo parati. Ang pagiging malapit sa Diyos at sa kanyang bugtong na anak na si Jesus ay isang napakalaking pagpapala para sa aking buhay sapagkat kahit kailan hinde niya ako pinabayaan sa buhay. Noong nakaraang taon pumanaw ang aming pinakamamahal na Ina, sa hinde ko inaasahang pangyayari dahil sa lima kaming magkakapated at ako pa ang bunso, doon ko naramdaman ang tunay na pag-iisa sa buhay kunde kapanalig ko ang Panginoong Diyos, wala ni isa sa aking mga ate, at kuya ang nagbigay nang tulong, pati mga kapated at kahit sarile naming ama ay wala ring ibinigay na tulong, anong sakit at hirap ang aking naramdaman pero kailaman hinde ako bumitaw sa aking Ama na itinuturing ang Diyos na maykapangyarihan sa lahat, ang buong akala ko may pamilya ako ngunit wala pala lalo na pagdating na sa setuation na kailangang-kailangan ang pagkakaisa bilang pamilya. Masakit lalo pa bunso ako sa Pamilya, pero hinde ako nagtanim nang sama nang loob sa kahit isa sa kanila, bagkos tinulungan ko pa ang tatlo kung mga kapated na magpahanggang ngayon patuloy ang pagtulong ko at umaasa sila na hinde sana ako magsawa. Alam ko ang lahat nang bagay may hangganan lalo pa kung alam ko na subra na at hinde na dapat, pero kahit ganoon pa man kahirap hinde ko kayang pabayaan ang mga kuya at ate ko. Mahal-mahal ko silang tatlo at ganoon din ang tatay ko. Sa aming Ina na labis ang aking pagmamahal sana nakikita niya ang aking mga ginagawa ngayon. Iyan ang tunay na dahilan kung bakit nagawa kung ipamahagi ang tunay na pagmamahal at pagpapatawad.

15 days of vacation in the Philippines

I was really glad and so happy to see my dad, brother and my sister at once again. I have spent most of my time at the house, but visit my favorite places to go, the most popular church Manaog, and I also went to Baguio and Binguit (La Trinidad). During my stay in my province I have notice the big different, because the whole province are really adopt the Environmental Project that I've been doing here in Saipan, I am really proud to my own hometown (the whole Province of Tarlac City) for caring the mother earth. Brgy. San Carlos Paniqui learn how to keep Clean and Beautify for there home and places. On April 28, 2009 I was one of the guest at my former Elementary School during the Graduation Night and I'm so really proud to heard from the salutatorian Graduate because her message is about poverty and environmental. It's important to have an education and poverty is not an excuse for not having education. We all need to work together to keep clean our own home town, environmental is important to educate the young kids. I feel so great and proud for my own home town and Province. God bless Philippines.

Yesterday was just a Valentines Day and I Thank you very much honey for the great Valentine gift surprized! I also thanks my two daughters who's really been a blessing to have them.

Yesterday at around 6:47 pm I've got a text, from no where (maining no names and no numbers to call or text back). I was just wondering kung itong tao na ito ay nakita kami ni Bill na masayang magkasama sa World Resort kahapon habang sinicelebrate namin ang Valentines Day. Para sa taong ito ang masasabe ko lang saiyo harapin mo ako at huwag kang duwag magsabe nang gusto mo infact kahit pa gumamit ka nang computer para etext ang mga sinabe mo kayang-kaya kitang erisearch at once na inulit mo pa ito baka luluhod ka sa harapan ko. Kung may problema ka sa buhay dahil disperada ka na ngayon huwag kang mangdamay nang taong nanahimik. Baka hinde mo matanggap sa sarile mo na tutuo akung tao at hinde ako sinungaling kaya tuwing nakikita mo kami ni Bill subrang inggit mo kasi wala ka kung ano mayron ako? Tinawag mo pa akong "KIRIDA at SINUNGALING", eh, ikaw ano ang tawag mo sa sarile mo? DISPERADA at INGGITIRA? Manahimik ka nalang at wala kang mapapala sa pakikialam sa akin kasi one of this day baka umiyak ka sa galit mo pagnakita mo dito sa blog ko ang mga hinanap mong ebedensiya. Ngayon DISPERADA ka na sa buhay ipagdarasal nalang kita baka sakali may awa pa rin ang Diyos saiyo kahit papaano matuwa ka naman sa buhay at hinde ka makikialam sa buhay ng may buhay! Salamat ah, atleast napatunayan ko na naman sa sarile ko na hinde mo ako level kahit kailan.

Time for me to update my blog

The day before i was just in Manila and now here i am in Nagoya Japan waiting for my next flight going back to Saipan. I can`t believe it, i really did make it for nonstop travelling! This is the first time i ever did. It was fun anyway except that it did make me tired. I had to go in Manoag specially for the first mass yesterday morning street from Manila Airport. Nakakalungkot man na hinde ako nag-stay sa bahay ngunit masmahalaga na ako`y makabalik kaagad sa piling nang aking mga anak at asawa. I have a lot of responsibility in life that`s why i can`t stay to long in Manila. Lubos ang aking pasasalamat sa aking asawa na napakasuportive sa lahat ng aking mga gawaing pangcommunidad at iba pang negosyo. Anyway, during my free time sa manila yesterday afternoon nagpunta ako sa may Quiapo at doon nakita ko kung gaano kadumi ang lugar nagkalat na mga basura, nakakahiya man sabihin pero iyan ang tutuo. Then may nakilala akung isang americano sa airport kasi lumapit siya sa akin at nagtanong kung papaano kumaha nang philippine passport kasi may Filipina daw siyang girlfriend at gusto niyang pakasalan, but anyway hinde iyan ang gusto kung ikuwento kunde yong comment niya sa bansang Pilipinas. Ang sabe niya kasi na in-love daw siya sa Pilipinas dahil sa husay nang mga Filipino na mag-alaga *hospitality ikanga*, ngalang napansin daw niya sa mga Filipino mahilig magtapon nang mga basura sa kahit saan, mga wala daw pakialam at walang disiplina. Masakit man pero tinanggap ko iyon nang maluwag sa kalooban kasi nakita ko naman talaga on my own eyes na sadyang di natutu ang Filipino pagdating sa kalinisan. Pero proud ako na sa aming lugar sa San Carlos Paniqui Tarlac very environmental ang mga tao sa amen may mga kanya kanyang basurahan ang bawat familya kaya walang kalat na basura sa kalye, marurunong ang mga tao sa amin dahil alam nila na maayos at maganda ang kapaligiran pag laging malinis ito. Sana magkaisa na ang lahat nang Filipino lalo na pagdating sa kalinisan nang sariling kapaligiran at sana mga kababayan take it as a challenge do not get upset to anyone pag may marinig kayo na gaya nitong narinig ko. Huwag po sana nating hayaang masira a ng inang kalikasan sapagkat bigay po nang panginoon sa atin kaya dapat sana nating pakaingat at mahalin.

This is just for fun but turn out to be serious in the end!

Betty, Ciara and I went for vacation last August 18 and we just get back on 9/11 at 1:00 A.M. My two kids really enjoyed their time with my father and the rest of the family! It's a very long flight from Saipan to Manila but I am very thankful to our Dear Lord we're fine and we have a very safe journey coming back to Saipan. I missed blogging! So here I am could not really wait to share my good memories with my family in the Philippines. After a month in a half that my mom past away, theirs a time that i really miss her and i cried. Anyway, during my time in the Philippines, I decided to do some planting, so, I went to buy Plants and just for coincidence the owner of the Plants and landscaping it happen that my former classmate in high school. She and her husband did offer for free landscaping (not really bad!), just buy them the plants. I just could not believe it that Flomeria is the most popular plants in the Philippines now a days! It's always remind me of my special Friend.

One day, we went to the Mall in Tarlac City and I was really shock of what I get on that day whit out knowing, We we're walking inside the mall and so sadden one of the Sale's lady of Sonic Electronic hold my hand and say "Madam, your wearing our color of the day, and so we would like to invite you and try our product", I was not really in a hurry that time and so I did give her a chance to talk and listen to her about their product, when she's done talking, the manager came to me and holding so many envelops in her hands and ask me to pick one of the envelop, She didn't even explain to me about the envelop, for me is just for fun and so I pick one of the envelop and immediately open it without their instruction, I saw what is inside, it was just a two thousand pesos gift certificate, but at the back of the certificate it was the grand price. I thought nothing at all they just want me to have fun, but no i was totally wrong because I had won so many thing and not just a small amount of Items but it's a Grand Price! I have won the grand price at SONIC in Metro Town Mall. I had won one Massage Chair made in Japan, Facial Electronic Massage, and Electronic all purpose Cooker. Thanks to SONIC specially to Ms. Pacita!

Araw ng linggo bukas at ako ay magiging abala na naman dahil sa serbisyong pangkomunidad at pangalawang linggo ng aking pag-aaral. Masaya ako na sa kabila ng aking subrang abala sa trabaho, pamilya at lingguhang serbisyo sa komunidad ako ay nabigyan ng pagkakataon na mag-aral ng Nihongo (Japanese Language), nagpasya akung mag-aral kahit papaano may maidagdag na naman akung kaalaman sa aking sarile at ito ay maaari ko ring ituro sa aking mga anak o di kaya puwede ko ring magamit sa pakikipag-usap sa mga kaibigan ko na mga hapon. Patapos na ang school year sa darating na martes at medyo matagal ang bakasyon, dahil September 10 pa ang pasukan nila dito sa palagay ko kailangan ng aking mga anak ang pagkakaabalahan at naisip ko masmakakatipid kami pag ako mismo ang magturo ng Vallyball at magkakaruon kami ng three times a week na swimming sa beach para wala rin kaming gastos. Sa hirap ng buhay ngayon kailangan talagang magtipid at nais ko ring ipakita sa aking mga anak kung papaano mamuhay ng simple lamang.

Yesterday morning my elder daughter Ciaralyn ask me to go to his class and read books with her, without thinking if i will be able to do it I just give my answered yes, i will go to their classroom and read books with her. It was fun reading books with her because she's a good reader and I love reading books also. When we get back to the house my youngest one Betty want to play with us and so we did played. I could not think anything except the happiness of my family every time I'm with theme, the world so perfect!

I had also celebrate my 38th Birthday last February 16, and I would like to thank all my friends who came just to be with me that day. I maybe subject to the 6 months vacation unless my employer complies with the law and so I will only have 2 months or maybe gone before then permanently if the US Immigration bill becomes law as written given that 10% of the non residence workers must leave the CNMI permanently each year until we all gone and can't come back (thank you to those who wanted a US take over).

Flowcaty, I'm not a resident of the CNMI. If I'm going to marry someone it is because I love him so much and he love me too not because I want to secure my residence here in the CNMI. Besides there's no law here in the CNMI to have a baby and be a residence of the CNMI. The child that born in the CNMI is already US Citizen and as a parent non residence workers here in the CNMI we can bring back home our US Citizen children's, to avoid having problem in the Philippines with taxes all we need to do is just complies with our law in the Philippines, Just get a form "REPORT OF BIRTH CHILD BORN ABROAD OF PHILIPPINE PARENT OR PARENTS" It's available at the Philippine Consulate 5th floor Nauru Building, Susupe. Honestly to you flowcaty, I'm not really concerned about those people who have self Interest, I'm more concerned to those people who want to continue working here in the CNMI LEGALLY. Job's are more Important than getting US Citizenship because as a Filipino Citizen I am one of the Filipino who's proud to be a Filipino! It's a privilege for our children that they where born here in the CNMI and got the US Citizen right away and that something we should be thankful for, and let's not keep asking more and more.

As educating you flowcaty you just see the above as to how the CNMI law works (2 months and not 6 months) and see how the US Immigration bill law works (everybody gone in 10 years). As to my friends which include non residence and residence PLEASE DON'T INSULT THEM OR I by saying they don't care. I have friends that do care but I respect that caring can be different things to different people.

Oh! really? Whenever you do something for the community you don't brag (not bragged) and you don't pose for a trash bag? You sounds familar to me now envelop ideas. I think I know who you really are. Why you have to use a different name? Well, I should not ask you that question because I know that you're not honest person. If I had a picture taken everytime the FMI did something for the community we would have our picture in the paper almost every week. When a picture is in the paper we hope it will cause people to volunteer to clean up other peoples trash on the Island we all share. We do not have our picture in the paper while being part of a cause that PITS one part of the people against another, we don't use our pictures to become BIG SHOTS, run for office nor do we get paid to do environmental work, all we do is CLEAN UP TRASH!
As to question, different people around do have different opinion on the big question of the day. Question like being concerned that changes to Laws will cause hardship to either workers or employers, which by the way a few people have even figured out that the Federal House Bill not only does not give access to the US to those of us who worked an non-residents for years in the CNMI but actually says the number of us in the CNMI will be reduced each year for 10 years when ALL OF HAVE TO LEAVE (unless the US extends it for another five years)! Now that is DEKADA (a decade)! Those who celebrated the passage of that version of the Bill either don't know what is in it or they do and were celebrating that big shot taking money of non-residents to change the Law could keep collecting money to keep working on making the changes some really wanted as what the ones trying to change the Law so far have done is get a Bill passed in the US House that would force all non-resident workers to eventually leave the CNMI, something that even the "EVIL" CNMI law did not do.

To all my kababayan in Saipan,

It's really sad to see the children being used by adults for political purposes. We all know that as a Filipino that we can bring our U.S. Citizen children back to the Philippines. We all know that we came to Saipan for a better life and all parents including myself want a better life for our children. But we must know in our hearts that it is wrong to use our children for political purposes and lies (about can't take them home). The labor law will not separate the family at all!
How i wish that there could be someway for Filipinos to better understand the labor law. Beside we all know that no matter what the law is that there are not enought manpower (locals) here to do all the work. So jobs will always be available to us and eventually the locals will understand that. Maybe the law will even help the locals understand how important we are to the Island.

LET'S RESPECT AND LOVE ONE ANOTHER!

Nakakalungkot tignan na ang mga bata ay ginagamit nang mga magulang o mga matatanda para sa kapakanan nang politika. Alam nating lahat na bilang manggagawang Filipino at namamasukan dito sa Saipan ay puweding-puwedi nating iyuwe ang mga U.S. Citizen nating mga anak sa ating bansang Pilipinas. Alam din nating lahat na pumunta tayo dito sa Saipan para sa ikakaganda at ibubuti nang ating buhay at lahat tayong mga magulang gusto nating mabigyan nang mabuti at magandang kinabukasan ang ating mga anak. Pero mas alam naman natin sa ating PUSO na talagang mali na gamitin natin ang mga bata para sa kapakanan nang politika at kasinungalingan (gaya nang madalas sambitin na hinde natin puweding iyuwe ang ating mga anak sa sarili nating bayan). Hinde ako niniwala na ang bagong batas ngayon na ipinasa ay siyang magiging dahilan nang paghihiwalay nang mga anak sa mga magulang. Huwag tayong magbulagbulagan mga kababayan! Tayo ay kilala na matapang lalo na pag tungkol sa karapatang pangtao, ngunit tayo'y mag-isip at ipakita ang paggalang sa kapwa. Ang aking inaasam at parating ipinagdarasal na sana may masmabuting paraan upang maipaunawa sa lahat nang mga manggagawang Filipino ang tunay na kahulugan nang bagong batas nang Saipan (katulad ko, Isa rin akung manggagawang Filipino dito, ngunit naiintindihan ko at nirirespeto ko ang labor law nila dito sa Saipan). Alam nating lahat mga kababayan na walang sapat na manpower o local workers para sa lahat nang trabaho dito sa Saipan. Kaya marami pa rin ang trabaho para sa ating lahat at malay natin na sa pagkakataong ito ay maisip nang mga taga rito na kailangan nila tayo which is marami naman talaga ang nakakaappreciate sa atin dito. Malay din natin baka dahil dito sa batas na ito ay siyang susi para lalo pang tumibay ang ating pakikipagkaibigan sa mga taga rito. Mga kababayan huwag naman sana nating sirain ang magandang imahe nang ating pagiging Filipino. Dapat magmula sa atin bilang mga manggagawang Filipino gumalang tayo para tayo ay kanilang igalang din. Alalahanin natin wala isa man sa atin ang makakapagpabago nang batas nang Saipan. Kailangan nating magkaisa para sa ikakabuti nang Saipan para din ito sa ating lahat. Huwag sana nating igiit ang mga maling paniniwala!

Our group went to the Community Church last Wednesday night, we're invited by our spiritual adviser Mrs. Rose Adams. It was really great to see all my friends again. I've always filled the love and happiness. I Thank God for all the people that have touch my life. The meaning of my life is the love of God. God loves us with tough love... and that's the way we need to learn to love each other.

Jesus is ruler over all time and space, but he limited himself to enter human history at one moment of time and one certain place-both foretold by prophecy. The time God chose for my being on earth is significant. From him comes my awareness of the anguish caused in our century. From him comes my responsibility as a world citizen and prayer warrior.

Sometimes, I think one reason there's so much prejudice in the world is because we don't try to understand each other. We can discover an environment in which worship and wellness become a way of life.

To say "God is enough" is to give an absolute and incontrovertible answer to every doubt and every question that has arisen or can arise. It may not seem to our consciousness that any prayers are answered, or any promises fulfilled, but what of that? behind every prayer and behind every promise, there is God ... and if he exists at all, we know he must be enough.
I have discovered that nothing else matters-neither creeds, nor ceremonies, nor doctrines, nor dogmas. GOD IS UNSELFISH; AND GOD IS ENOUGH!

My friend Angelo came at the house early morning on last Friday, and i was wondering why he's caring gallon. I ask him why he has gallon with him? he said he's car need water. He get the water and then went back to his car. I ask him if i could take a picture of him while putting water in his car? I feel good and thank God for everything

HELD UP TO GOD'S LIGHT

I want to spend my time here on earth allowing God's light to shine through my life. God wants to use us to display his splendor. God says we're like priceless jewels. He wants to use to reflect his own light and beauty. God looks at us and sees a special treasure, a fine jewel. Sure, we all have imperfections. We live in an imperfect world. God does not intend us to be flawless in this life. Our created purpose is to let God's light shine through every facet of our being, expressing his colors and beauty through us in ways no one else can.

If you look at a ring under the microscope every day and become intimately familiar with flaw, you might be embarrassed by it. But that is not how God meant the beauty of diamonds to be seen. The beauty of a diamond is seen when someone holds it up in the sunlight and everyone can see it sparkle.

We are not to misuse our time on this earth, focusing on every little flaw within us. We are created to shine with the light of God's creative genius. Everything about you could be appreciated as a unique part of God's masterpiece of creation or despised as somehow inferior to someone Else's attributes, talents, abilities or situation.

When you appreciate yourself in all your uniqueness, you will dare to hold your life up to the light. You will dare to live out the beauty you were created to express. You will keep your life cleaned and polished with the forgiveness of God.

I was so please to have the privilege on Friday night of a special meeting with David Cohen (Deputy Assistant Secretary for Insular Affairs). It was just myself, Angelo Villagomez, and Bree Reynold that meet with him, and thank you very much to Angelo Villagiomez for inviting me that night. He seemed to really value our thoughts on the Federal Take Over. It was nice to meet with him separately from the rest of the Filipino Community.

My opinion for the news today

I just could not believe it to read in the news today (Marianas Variety) about the 3 Filipinos that have not been renewed because of their participation for the Dekada Movement. Are you guys saying that your employers have not being fair? HELLO! Do you guys think that those employers of you will be happy to see their employees supporting the Dekada? If you guys do not want to lose your jobs it will be nice if you focused on providing good work to your employer rather than spending you energies on a group that seems more interested in having you leave your jobs and go to the US. One more thing, if Dekada really was just about human rights etc. they would have be working to assure that long-term workers had the privilege to remain in the CNMI to look for another job if they lose their jobs rather than on having the ability to leave your jobs and the CNMI. Also, if Dekada is about rights then why did they want to have rights start after 10 years? What type of "rights" group starts by excluding so many Filipinos and others from receiving the rights that the group want? I just really hope that those of us (Filipino) here in the CNMI will now realize that there no need to be in that group as they excluded so many from the protection and rights they wanted and now it looks like they can't even protect themselves. I bet they are going to use CNMI labor laws ( the same ones they think are so bad) to dispute their releases in an attempt to stay in the CNMI, though they want to leave for the US they do not want to leave and go home.

NEW EVERY MORNING

God has given me a daily dose of his strength each morning. Each day he makes me newly aware of his gifts: A supportive and loving partner, Kids and Friends that who always their for me. Prayer is my expression of my relationship with God. Today i have an important decision to make. Surrender everything to God and not to worry for anything.

My very life is not my own. It is a "loaner", just like the car the dealership let me drive while my car is in the shop. I can drive the loaner, but only so long as they say so. The dealership holds the papers on it; I don't. The same thing is true of my life. God is the one who owns it, and he's just letting me "drive" it for him for awhile. My job is a loaner; my health, my talent and my ability to earn a living-all loaners! I can't boast about any of them.

Sitting Down Without Fear

I learned from the Bible to trust in God and not be afraid. I have always felt comforted by reading the Psalms, specially Psalms 23 and 27. I learned to put my trust in God and to seek him as my strength. Long ago I set my mind to be a free person and not to give in to fear. I always felt that it was my right to defend myself if I could. I have learned over the years that when one's mind is made up, this diminishes fear; knowing what must be done does away with fear. When people done things that hurts me, i was thinking to fight for my right. I had made up my mind quickly about what it was that I had to do, what I felt was right to do. I did not think of being physically tired or fearful. After so many months of oppression, not giving up my seat-and whatever I had to face after not giving up-was not important. I did not feel any fear at sitting in the seat I was sitting in. All I felt was tired. Tired of seeing the bad treatment and disrespect of people. I felt the lord would give the straight to endure whatever I had to face. God did away with all my fear. It was time for some one to stand up and fight for what is right. If I don't defend my self, who else will defend me? No one else but God.

A New Start

We are a people with a future-not spiritual nomads or wanderers, but a people of purpose and destiny. The past is Over. The future stretches out before us full of promise and possibility. We are changed people-new people. Not avoiding decisions that must be made, nor running from responsibility because of the mistakes and failures in our past, we look toward a future based on a newness of heart created in us God.

No longer haunted by the past, we free to choose-to make new commitments and follow new direction. In our freedom we set new standards and find new strength by which to live. Experience gives wisdom; God gives new heart. Our past mistakes have taught us some valuable lessons, but God has given us a new life.

We have called upon our merciful God, repented, and begun to have the hope of a new heart and a new start-the beginning of a total renewal. What a relief! to know that we have a God who forgives-to know that we have a God who understands, and who can heal and help us. He will teach us his ways; he will make us more like himself; he will lead us in the right direction. For he says: "I will heal their waywardness and love them freely, for my anger has turned away from them". And if that weren't enough he adds these words: "their sins and lawless acts I will remember no more".

What a loving, compassionate God we serve! Society may expect us to walk in guilt and shame indefinitely, but we no longer conform to what the world says. We have been transformed! Our minds have been renewed by God's Word and our heart by his mercy. Our lives are changed by his love. No longer bound by guilt, no longer chained to our past and its shame-we are free!

Free to capture the vision of his Majesty. To seize the significance of our salvation. To catch a glimpse of his beauty and the reality of our redemption.
WE ARE RENEWED.
